(Kingdom Inspired Day School)“Train up a child in the way he should go, even when he is old he will not depart from it.” - Proverbs 22:6 HISTORYFor several years Mrs. Fran Patterson and several other ladies at Sharon Baptist Church prayed for the children of Hardin County and Savannah to have the opportunity to be in a spiritual, consistent, safe, loving, and nurturing environment. They felt the place to start should begin with the very young and build into including children of all ages that had a desire for a Christian education. Out of these prayers K.I.D.S. was born in September 1995. K.I.D.S. opened her doors with twenty-three part-time students and a staff of four ladies. K.I.D.S. has continued to grow, moving into new buildings in 1998 and 2007. The 2007 building was destroyed by a tornado on Tuesday, February 5, 2008. The vision is for Sharon Baptist Church, K.I.D.S. and SCA to be in a new building by January 2010. This is to be consistent with Christian principles of Sharon Baptist Church based on the authority of the Bible.
